Amanda Walsh Therapy
My primary focus is meeting every client’s need to be seen, valued, and heard. I believe first and foremost in establishing a positive relationship and from there continuing to meet needs as continued levels of respect and trust are established. It is my goal to meet someone where they are at, and therefore different techniques will be helpful for different people. There are times where direct, actionable steps are appropriate, and there are times when what you really need is to sit and process your feelings. I can help navigate these things with you and give you the tools to go forward confidently.

Nida Mirza
I see mental health as part of one's overall wellness. My approach focuses on having fewer negative emotions, and also on more positive emotions. I offer tools that research has demonstrated are very effective for reducing suffering. I also assist you in seeing meaningful, practical change by compassion, warmth, and empathy with a bit of humor. However, there is no cookie-cutter approach. We work together, openly, to customize your treatment directly to your needs and strengths. I frequently work with POCs, high-achieving students and professionals, folks in major transitions, and those coping with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, procrastination, and worrying. I have a particular skill in working with women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals and people new to therapy and welcome your questions!

I often work with high-achieving individuals who find themselves looking for practical solutions to the barriers that impede their success. My clients are often driven, maybe a little overworked, and in need of balance! Having been there myself, I get it! I aim to be part coach, part cheerleader, and part educator as I support clients in living their optimal lives zestfully and fearlessly! I love what I do and can't wait to meet you! As a TEDx speaker, top media expert, adjunct professor at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology, tv personality and author of multiple clinical workbooks and tools, I employ a highly active approach to therapy. I combine CBT, mindfulness, and positive psychology interventions. My therapy style is a blend of processing emotions and teaching critical life skills. In today's ever fast-paced world, we can feel disconnected and alone. I thrive on building relationships marked by empathy, trust, hope, and always, laughter. Being a therapist has been my life's passion since I was 11! How many therapists can say that? ***Please note I only see clients virtually part-time. "I am here to get it right, not to be right" - Brene Brown. My role as a therapist is to listen with both an open mind and open heart as well as validate and understand your own lived experiences. I believe you are the expert of your life and posses many beautiful strengths that are yet to be uncovered. Sometimes when we are struggling with symptoms related to our mental health, we may feel out of control and powerless, I want to help you fight back against some of those negative thoughts we experience and feel confident in not only yourself, but in your ability to implement your communication and coping skills when needed. I have experience working with individuals whom have experienced trauma and are struggling with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I enjoy working with clients on regaining their sense of safety and helping them better understand their mind/body response to trauma. I am trained in TF-CBT & EMDR. I provide services in both English and Spanish. I strive to help my clients not only have positive connections with others, but also with themselves, promoting the importance of self love. I strive to create a safe environment for healing, growing, learning, and maybe doing some unlearning of old habits that no longer serve us.

Marina Health of California
Many of the students I work with share this in common: they are navigating a major change and trying to find solid ground again. Some are living away from home for the first time, juggling academic pressure, identity shifts, and relationships. Others are coping with chronic health issues, burnout, or stress that feels heavier than it used to. Many describe feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step, even though they’re usually the ones others look to. I help young adults understand what is happening beneath the stress and build tools that make daily life lighter and more manageable. My style is warm, practical, and grounded in the mind-body connection. This is a space where you can be brutally honest, reflect deeply, and grow exponentially. I provide services via Telehealth with morning hours Monday through Thursday; I keep a boutique style practice so you are not just another number- support is available upon request during off hours. To start, I offer a complimentary meet & greet that you can schedule directly online at www.marinahealthca.com so you can feel the fit for yourself. You deserve more than coping skills and trying to survive. Start your day with your mental health in focus and let us begin thriving through change, together. You can read more about me on my website and on my socials (IG: @nushanouhiphd).

Dr. Sheena Psychotherapy
I have had the privilege of working on school campuses and enjoy supporting students as they navigate family challenges, cultural identity, life transitions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship concerns. Balancing academics, work, and personal life can often feel overwhelming. Therapy offers a space to slow down, organize your thoughts, and gain clarity about what matters most to you. My goal is to create a supportive and reflective environment where we can explore your experiences together and move toward the goals you have for your life. I believe that living authentically brings deeper meaning and purpose, and I would be honored to support you in discovering what that looks like for you.
