My approach is practical, down to earth, and individualized to your needs. Therapy doesn't have to be mysterious or scary. I enjoy working with those who are new to therapy and want to help you feel comfortable and in control. Empirically supported treatments, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, are at the core of my treatment approach. Hi, I’m Tori — a therapist, theatre-maker, sourdough enthusiast, and firm believer that we’re all just doing our best to make sense of being human. My work is for anyone who’s ever thought, “Am I the drama?” — and then realized, maybe, a little. I love working with women, queer folks, and anyone who doesn’t quite fit into the neat boxes the world tends to hand out. My special heart-space is for college-aged and younger women trying to navigate identity, independence, relationships, and the wild, weird in-between of figuring it all out. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the theatre — helping people tell their stories, find their voices, and sit in the beautiful chaos of being seen. That same creative spirit is what guides me in therapy. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and gently (or not-so-gently) challenge the stories that keep you stuck. My background is in trauma and crisis work, with training in CBT, narrative therapy, and evidence-based approaches — but the heart of my work is connection. I want you to feel like you can show up as your whole self here — messy, brilliant, funny, heartbroken, healing, or all of the above. When I’m not in session, I’m usually baking bread, playing with my dogs, or daydreaming about planting too many flowers in my (slightly shady) backyard garden. Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about being found.
Life can be overwhelming at times, and may call for a need to make changes. If you find yourself feeling stuck, asking "where do I start" then you are ready to begin the therapy process. I will create a supportive and inviting environment allowing you to explore and navigate many areas of your life, encouraging personal growth. I have experience working in many different areas including mental health, life transitions and addiction therapy. I utilize strength based approaches, client centered techniques, solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, where I will provide suggestions and allow you to become comfortable in making decisions. If you would like to being setting and achieving goals you have imagined for yourself, Allow me to to guide you in this process. Together, we will unleash your fullest potential and create the life you have imagined for yourself.

Transitions: An Athletic and Life Skills Program was developed in July 1999 because of the need to educate individuals across the life span of the strategies and skills used for successful transitions in life. Individuals already possess the skills that are needed. However, they may be unaware of their own strategies and/or their skills are not fully developed. Through my counseling services and the life skills program, needs of the individual are met by utilizing individual or group counseling sessions, couples, marriage or family counseling, workshops, speaking engagements and/or group/team building exercises with all being provided with personal attention. In 2007, the company name was changed to Transitions Counseling Service and Life Skills Program. Dr. Taunya Marie Tinsley a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will work with youth, adolescents, young adults and adults. Dr. Tinsley’s primary interest is working with adolescents, college students, young adults, and athletes as well as providing couples, marriage or family counseling. Specifically, Dr. Tinsley’s clinical areas include multicultural counseling, multicultural issues in counseling, multicultural organizational development, spiritual counseling, Christian counseling, psychosocial development issues, and sports counseling.

I'm Carly Stanton, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) offering virtual therapy for adults in Florida and Pennsylvania who've spent too long trying to fit into spaces that were never built for them. I work with outsiders, misfits, and people rebuilding — LGBTQ+ folks navigating identity and belonging, Jewish adults sorting through what their heritage actually means to them, highly sensitive people who are done apologizing for how they're wired, and anyone who's spent years being everything for everyone else and lost themselves in the process. My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and grounded in ACT and attachment-based work. I'm not here to hand you coping tips. I'm here to help you figure out who you actually are underneath all the performing. Virtual only. Free 15-minute consultation.

Taking the first step on your healing journey can be difficult. Whether you're seeking therapy to process trauma, navigate difficult relationships, or to overcome life’s daily challenges, I'm happy you're here exploring your options and taking that first step. Throughout my career, I've worked with clients experiencing a wide range of these challenges including sexual and physical abuse, family conflict, relationship struggles, intimacy challenges, identity work, anxiety and depression. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). While I have several years of training in these modalities, I hold a strong belief that treatment should be individualized for each client. I believe you have the capacity to find healing, but you shouldn't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to partner with you on your journey no matter the challenge you are facing. Finding a therapist can feel exhausting so when you're ready, I hope you will reach out with any questions to see if I'm the therapist for you.
