Feeling behind or disconnected, even though you’ve done everything “right,” can be overwhelming and lonely. Maybe you’ve thought, “Why can’t I just get over this?” or “I should be stronger by now.” I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those dealing with perfectionism, self-worth, and body image concerns. Together, we’ll slow down and create a safe space where you feel seen and supported as you explore what’s been holding you back.

I believe healing happens at your own pace, and I’m passionate about helping you reconnect with your most authentic self. Using a collaborative approach grounded in narrative therapy and CBT, we’ll explore the stories and inner critics that shape how you see yourself and work to rewrite them in ways that foster self-trust, confidence, and hope.

If you’re ready to make a meaningful change but aren’t sure where to start, feel free to reach out so we can see if we’re a good fit. I’m here to help you carry the weight and find a way forward that feels right for you.
