Kaleb Snyder
I am a culturally responsive, trauma-focused therapist that uses a variety of therapeutic techniques and theories to help support people where they are at in their lives. People who see me are often navigating various things that impact their general feelings of happiness, their relationships with family and friends, their engagement with hobbies, or their outcomes in school and work.
I often work with people who want to trust their voice more, improve better socially or academically, communicate better, have better managed stressful memories, thoughts, or feelings, and having improved mood and outlook around everyday tasks, family, friends, and loved ones.
To add, I dedicate my focus to people who have been victim to, or witness of, traumatic or stressful events. I have also helped students with similar presenting experiences, but also with the addition of the experiences that come with being a student in college or graduate school and also which may include being away from home.
I am a firm believer that the relationship created in therapy is foundational to its success. It is my hope that those who come to work with me understand the importance I place on safety, comfort, and understanding.
