We help college students who are struggling with their identity and trying figuring out who they want to be. We can help you as you navigate hard life transitions, work with you to better manage your stress and anxiety, and encourage you during those periods of depression and apathy. We're also trained to help you heal from your traumatic experiences as well as cope with the emotional toll you're feeling from helping your friends through their traumatic experiences like sexual assault, life-threatening medical emergencies, and more.
