I am passionate about trauma-informed mental health care and advocacy & It'a a privilege to support people of all ages through mental health journeys. You may be feeling overwhelmed, burned out, struggling to push forward while carrying the weight of past experiences. Whatever you're going through, I'll meet you with an open mind & empathy. My style is straightforward & honest, warm with some humor. We'll work toward your goals as a team, with treatment tailored to your unique needs. I come with an understanding that our circumstances & societal/world events greatly impact us. This is a safe space where all are welcome.
I provide trauma-informed therapy in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental way where you can process difficult experiences and realize your own strength. Together, we may work on dismantling negative core-beliefs, strengthening healthy boundaries, process life-altering experiences, and find practical coping skills that work with your life.
In our first session, I’ll explain what to expect in therapy & your rights. You'll have space to ask questions, we'll start building trust and rapport, I'll gather important information. I am open-minded, empathetic, and straightforward. After our first session, my goal is that you'll feel heard, understood, & hopeful that change and growth are possible.
